Today we present a delicious pork chops flavored with orange marmalade our ECO. Ingredients for 2 people: 600 grams of pork ribs in one piece 1 clove garlic 2-3 orange juice 2 tablespoons baileys orange marmalade ECO HORTUS APRODISCAe 1 cup white wine 1 carrot 8 prunes 1 bay leaf Honey Olive oil Black pepper Salt Preparation: Season the rib, cut the garlic clove in half and Spread the pork chop with him. Then make incisions on each rib and Spread the inside with honey. The rib is roasted in a pan with a little oil and when it starts to take color, watered with orange juice and a glass of water. While the meat is cooked over low heat, peel carrots, cut into cubes and add to the pot along with bay leaf, salt and pepper. During the cooking time, stir the mixture quite often to prevent baileys sticking, and if drying, moisturizing it with a little more juice or water. When the meat starts to be tender, add it prunes and a glass of white wine, cook the ribs over until they become completely tender. To decorate the plate more, and in the absence of last-minute add two tablespoons of orange marmalade echo that decorate the piece and more flavored sauce.
