1 cup small radishes, washed
Burn the eggplant on the flame on all sides. Transfer the eggplant in a colander and let them cool slightly. Remove the peel eggplant with hands (no way wash them in water) and place the eggplant flesh into a bowl. Place the bowl in the freezer for a few minutes to cool it down and eggplant.
Mix all the ingredients except the tomatoes in a bowl cold. Add ice and set aside. Two minutes later, the Tzatziki Mix and pour it into bowls serving cold. With your hands squeeze guacamole recipe the tomato halves over the bowls, drizzle olive oil and serve. You can add bread or toasted baguette on the side
