Twinkies can be good for a lot (here, here and here). Now, an American professor of nutrition managed to lose more than twelve sel kilograms sel of ten weeks by almost only eat Twinkies. The point was simply to reduce calorie intake, and the researcher wanted sel to show that, at least in the short term did not play much matter what you ate - weight sel saving would come anyway. The result was expected. However, what surprised was that the researcher's blood counts improved, including reduced cholesterol.
