When I was young and watched Die Hard for the first time so it attracted a tension eggs benedict in me. There is a police officer who goes into a petrol filling station and buy a mountain with Twinkies. I always have since wanted to try one, but not had the chance to go to the USA. By chance I found a guy on youtube who did own. Bingo, I thought! But iom that it is the US so have the other ingredients eggs benedict and weird measurement units. I perceived it as if the batter was like a regular muffin batter, with the difference that separates whites and whisk it up until stiff and turns down the last of all. The filling is also a great mystery, but think I did quite well with it. I have to say no clue how real Twinkies taste, but this attempt was successful! Batter:
50 g butter 1 cup milk 2 eggs 2 cups sugar 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar 3 cups flour 1 tsp baking powder Filling: cup water 3 pcs egg whites 1 tablespoon vanilla eggs benedict sugar 1 pinch salt 1 cup granulated sugar 2 tablespoons white syrup Start by making Twinkiesformar. See bottom of page how to make these. Then you start with the batter. Melt the butter eggs benedict and pour in the milk. Let it be lukewarm, then the sugar melts faster when you mix in it. Separate the egg yolks and whites. Let the whites lie in separate bowl. Whisk yolks and caster sugar fluffy. Add the warm milk and the butter and add the vanilla sugar. Whisk again. Mix the flour and baking powder in a plastic bag. Shake vigorously to mix well. Whisk into the mixture. Finally, whisk the egg whites until stiff. You should be able to turn the bowl upside down without falling out. Turn down vitskummet in the batter with a rubber scraper. Grease gently molds with oil. Make sure they retain their shape. Pour the batter into little more than half in any form. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes 200 degrees. Feel the sting so they are baked through. Remove and let cool under a cloth. The filling: Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. eggs benedict Turn on the stove at low temperature. Now the goal is to melt the sugar, WITHOUT eggs benedict whites stiffen. Once the sugar has dissolved, pour the mixture into a bowl and beaters hard with electric mixer until the mixture has thickened. Can take 10 minutes, so do not give up if you think that nothing happens. Now you should "buns" have cooled enough to fill them.
