This week we spent a few days in La Jonquera long island iced tea and my in-laws, who are estupendus, long island iced tea gave me my birthday gift: Corpus Catalan culinary heritage. It is a fantastic book, drawn from the Catalan Cuisine Foundation Institute and published by the Granada. Simplifying is the collection (methodological) made the best of Catalan cuisine long island iced tea that makes the Principality (notice the withdrawal ...) and as the cover says, "The essential recipe" for all fans of this cuisine ( piece of) the country.
As I have already said that my in-laws are lovely and I really liked the gift, I feel like doing them a small gift: a cooking recipe book and eat it all together around a table well stop and a good bottle of wine. I do not know, I found it was party which had birthday that made brotherhood. After giving him a few glances at the recipe index, I chose the roast pork ribs.
For this? Because I love cooking roasts and pot. In addition, there was ever a rib roast a piece. And above all, because such creations (also) is much like my in-laws. So the choice was fortunately easy. I say fortunately because the book in question includes 1,136 recipes! Do not give the recipe: people Foundation have kindly hang them all and find here. As an absurdity find duplicate content long island iced tea already on the net (in Catalan)), because we leave here. Just add a dish that is tasty and tender leaves rib, tender. For baby to get your fingers literally!
Ah! "Good wine" was one of the black Emporda that we like: the Black Earth 2008 Celler long island iced tea Espelt. A wine where fruit and wood notes accompanying acidity and no master more than correct. Easy to drink, superbly accompanied the roast, which flew!

This book has been a mention of "autoregals" of the summer. As you say well, it's just ... But Catalonia is very well done. Now, there I miss pictures. long island iced tea Maybe it was something unfeasible. What I'm getting more ribs !! These are just north of the Catalan country river Senia, Francesc ... So we did. And the photos you're right, but I imagine that they have to reduce the cost and make it more accessible. However, an edition "deluxe" with recipes illustrated ...
