I was searching for a perfect (for me) chocolate chip cookies recipe for a long time now and I think I Came really close yesterday. I really like the texture of store-bought chocolate chip cookies Because They are not so soft like all of the cookies That I have made in the trap of years and I am very pleased with the texture of cookies That I baked yesterday.
Ingredients: 150 g brown sugar 30 g white sugar (I Have Already Reduced the amount of sugar (- 20 g)) 100 g butter (I used margarine with the taste of butter Because nosalty I did not have enough butter) 70 g cream cheese 250 g flour 2 tsp cornstarch 2 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp baking soda (I used 1.5 tsp baking powder Because I did not have baking soda) 1/2 tsp salt 1 egg 200 g chocolate nosalty (chopped) coarsely ground salt
In a bowl mix together butter and cream cheese Until creamy, add sugar, mix well Until fluffy and light and color. Mix and egg and vanilla. In a separate bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt and cornstarch. Slowly mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients and add chocolate. Cover dough and put it and the refrigerator for at a least 1 hour. Take the dough out and let it on the room temperature for 10 minutes. Meantime Preheat oven to 180 C. Line two baking nosalty sheets with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Roll dough (about 1 tablespoon at a time) into balls and put THEM on a baking sheet. Them sprinkle with coarsely ground salt if you like (I forgot it until this but I will definitely until this time next Because salt + chocolate = yummy!) Bake Until brown if you like your cookies like I do (not so soft), but if you like THEM Softer, bake Until brown around the edges. Cool Them or if you are like me - Taste Them When They are still warm :)
Note to myself: next time use INSTEAD of margarine butter, chop chocolate on bigger pieces, nosalty make smaller cookies (you know - less guilt if you eat two or three) and bake Them even longer. And do not forget to sprinkle with salt Them! :)
I've been looking for those "real" recipe for cupcakes with chocolate chips, such as to cookies which come closest to those you can buy at the store. nosalty Sam does not like soft cookies, so far as I have "grown" at home. However, yesterday I managed to bake such that the texture until now closest to the "trade".
Ingredients: 150 g brown sugar 30 g white sugar (the amount of sugar I dropped by 20 g with respect to the basic recipe, which I combined them and "modify the") 100 g butter (I myself nosalty use margarine with butter flavor because of it we did not have home) 70 g cream cheese 250 g flour 2 teaspoons density of 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 teaspoon baking soda (I myself used 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder, because we did not have baking soda) 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 egg 200 g nasesekljane chocolate coarsely ground salt
The container zmiksaj butter and cheese, add the sugar and stir until the mass brightens. Add the egg and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl mix the flour, salt, baking soda and Gustin. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet, add chocolate nosalty pieces. Cover the dough and put it in the fridge for at least 1 hour. The dough then removed from the refrigerator and leave it for 10 minutes at room temperature. This time Heat the oven to 180 C and prepare the pan 2 (overlaid them with baking paper or a silicone mat). Dough formed into balls and place on a baking nosalty sheet (about 1 tablespoon of dough for 1 ball). Sprinkle them with coarse ground nosalty salt (I myself have unfortunately forgotten, but next time definitely sprinkled, as the salt + chocolate = yum!). Roast until browned, if you want more harder cookies. If you want a softer cookies, oven until browned on the edges. Cool (or attempt quite hot :)).
Note me for next time: use butter nosalty instead of margarine, chocolate sesekljaj on larger pieces, make small cookies (small cookies - less guilty conscience, if you eat two or three :)) oven for a bit longer. And do not forget to coarsely ground salt!
