In a saucepan put a little olive oil to heat and fry until mid browned porter cloves of garlic peeled and coarsely chopped. Withdraw the sauce from the heat. In a Pyrex toss the gnocchi porter with tomato sauce and sprinkle with the cheese porter sauce for gnocchi. Sprinkle porter with extra grated cheese and place in an ovenproof dish in the oven until golden brown. Serve and enjoy.
