Mince in a dish cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, onion and garlic, salt and pepper and add the olive oil, mix well with a spoon. I throw the ingredients into a grease-proof paper and bake in preheated oven at 200 degree (resistance & air) for 20 minutes. Alongside boil the gnocchi. 2ks mix olive oil with balsamic vinegar 1KL cream. Drain the gnocchi and stir the mixture with olive oil + vinegar. Then add the gnocchi into the grease-proof paper, the mix can go everywhere vegetables. 500 gr. gnocchi Kale chips curry [rho] Wholesome Foods 10 cherry tomatoes, finely chopped 250 gr. white mushrooms, finely chopped 1 medium onion, finely chopped 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped 4 Tbsp olive oil salt and pepper
In a bowl place tomatoes, garlic, onion and mushrooms. Season with salt and peppper. Coat with 4 Tbsp olive oil and toss. Transfer veggies on a baking dish lined with parchment salsa recipe paper and bake in preheated oven at 200 C for about 20 minutes. In the meantime cook gnocchi. In a small bowl combine 2 Tbsp olive oil with 2Tbsp balsamic cream. Drain gnocchi and pour the oil-cream mixture over the
