Ingredients 1 can of squid FLOKOS 500 g. potato gnocchi 200 g. cherry tomatoes 1 pc. tomato 1 pc. onion 1/3 Machu sage 50g. Kalamata olives 4 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil salt, pepper Peel and wash the vegetables. Cut the tomatoes into quarters, chop the onion and grate on a coarse grater tomato. In a saucepan, boil in salted water the gnocchi, spaghetti drain and cold. Open the can of squid FLOKOS, drain, rinse and purified from the membrane. In a saucepan saute the onion with olive oil and grated tomato. Add salt and pepper and add the tomatoes. spaghetti Place the squid and cook for 12 minutes. Add the gnocchi and stir. Peel the olives from their pitted spaghetti and cut into quarters. Place the gnocchi in a pyrex and bake in a preheated oven at 160ºC for 35 minutes. Once removed from the oven, chop the sage and garnish with it.
